Journee

Personal Project
App Design and Branding

This passion project is a collaboration between a colleague and myself to build our app experience and create a tool that both of us were excited about.  Journee (french for day and pronounced journey) is part day-planner/goal setter/health tracker, leveraging some of the Bullet Journal ideology.  While we really liked the idea of a bullet journal, we struggled to fit it into our lives fully as a written book, and also to share our goals with others, like our spouses or medical professionals. Brand wise, the Journee icon is a cross between a compass arrow and a fountain pen to represent the intersection between a traditional journal and a way to chart your own course.  I kept the interface fairly minimal using subtle greyscale to keep the focus on the content, but this may change as I explore more!  Greyscale is always a great starting point.
